Brigitte Sitzberger, Managing Partner

• Dipl. Betriebswirtin Brigitte Sitzberger is Managing Partner of GlobalMindsets Limited, formerly B! ASIA Human Capital Consulting Ltd. which was founded in 2004
• Brigitte’s professional career started with Bertelsmann AG, where she held progressively more senior and strategic HR positions in South Korea, Germany and China over a six year period of time
• From 2009-2011 Brigitte was the Associate Director of Human Capital for the Advanced Technology Investment Company (ATIC), a Mubadala Company in Abu Dhabi. Brigitte was responsible for analyzing the human capital supply demand gap and creating the strategies and human capital programs to meet the needs for a technology ecosystem
• Her leadership and expertise have been recognized with several awards including “Young Business Woman of the Year Shanghai 2005” , “Generation CEO 2010” (a program that rewards top 20 German business woman annually), “Young Global Leader (YGL) 2011” of the World Economic Forum, and “4 x 40 under 40” (2011, Capital, Young Elite, Germany)
• Brigitte is currently a doctoral candidate at the Faculty of Economics and Management at the Private University of Witten-Herdecke in Germany. She has a degree in International Management, Strategic Planning and International Affairs from the Konstanz University of Applied Sciences in Germany
• Brigitte holds the status of a Certified Master Coach (C.M.C.) and gained membership to the International Coaching Council (ICC) www.international-coaching-council.com
• A citizen of Germany, Brigitte has lived, worked and traveled extensively around the world. She is a native German speaker, fluent in English, conversational in French, Chinese and Korean and currently acquiring Arab language skills
• Since December 2009 she is based in the UAE
